protein.

Foods like sugar, rice and cereals are rich in
carbohydrate.

Yoyo is a toy, which is used as an example of
losing and gaining weight.

Coming around something, means seeing something
in a new way, change in perspective.
·
Doing something like someone, is following
someone’s example.

To be obese, means to be overweight.
·
It is estimated that a very high population of
the United States is obese.
·
To shed extra pounds, means to lose some weight.
·
They prefer fasting over exercising, which means
no eating, which can lead to health issues.
